CCTV Captures People Lifting Car Off Of Pedestrian
This was recorded 16th March 2009 in Rostov-On-Don. For some reason, the man driving the car accidentally lost control of his car and rammed into 5 pedestrians attempting to cross the street. Anyway, it was quite some time before they realized that one of the pedestrians was still under the car. 3 of the injuries are serious, 2 of the pedestrians refused medical attention.
