Car theft suspect\'s joy ride caught on tape...steals laptop too CCTV:March 05/09.An alleged car thief's joy ride ends with a trip to the Snohomish County Jail. Take a look at the video of a man authorities say has stolen numerous vehicles from park and ride lots. A hidden camera captured the video of him swiping a "bait car" from Everett's Mariner Park and Ride. You can see him look over his shoulder nervously, then lean down and grab laptop accessori More..es from the passenger's side. He takes the laptop and accessories and ditches the car at a nearby apartment complex. A Global Positioning System led deputies to the vehicle and after reviewing the tape, they booked him into jail.
